GRP Plastic Staircase

Dubai Ladders supplies custom-made glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) staircases for industrial applications. The design and execution of our plastic staircases comply with the requirements of NEN-EN-ISO 14122. GRP staircases provide a safe and durable solution and, thanks to their corrosion resistance and low-maintenance characteristics, are ideal for demanding environments.

Our plastic staircases are widely used in corrosion-prone environments involving water, moisture or aggressive chemicals, such as water treatment facilities, the petro chemical industry, shipping, offshore, civil engineering and storage tank installations.

Types and configurations

GRP staircases are available in various designs and can be fully customised. Depending on the application, staircases can be equipped with, among others:

• Anti-slip stringers and treads
• Landings and handrails
• Open or closed staircase constructions

It is also possible to order individual GRP stair treads. These can easily be mounted on an existing steel or stainless steel stringer, providing a durable and low-maintenance renovation solution.

Thanks to the modular design, the staircases can be easily integrated into existing structures.
