Returns and Refunds Policy

At Dubai Ladders (dubailadders.ae), we are committed to providing top-quality, industrial-grade access solutions, scaffolding, and aluminum ladders built to the highest safety standards. We understand that project requirements can change or that alignment issues may occasionally occur. This policy outlines our operational guidelines for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping & Manufacturing)
Because many of our premium aluminum towers, specialized steps, and structural staging systems are prepared, customized, or packed strictly on an order-by-order basis, cancellations are time-sensitive:

Standard Stock Items: Orders for standard, pre-manufactured ladders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been loaded or dispatched for delivery.

Custom or Heavy-Duty Equipment: Customized configurations, customized scaffolding units, or modified access systems cannot be cancelled once custom preparation or manufacturing has commenced.
To request a cancellation, please immediately contact our sales operations team at sales@dubailadders.ae. Once an item has been dispatched or loaded onto our transport vehicles, cancellations are no longer structurally possible, and the standard delivery/return protocol will apply.
2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
Safety is our absolute priority. We accept structural returns and exchanges for items that arrive with manufacturing defects, items damaged during transit by our logistics partners, or incorrect product specifications.
Customers must thoroughly inspect all scaffolding and ladders upon delivery and contact our support team within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
Return & Inspection Process:

Initiate your request by emailing sales@dubailadders.ae with your reference invoice/order number.

Provide structural descriptions along with clear photos or video evidence detailing the specific defect or transport damage.

Our engineering and logistics team will review the claim to confirm eligibility for a field inspection or exchange.

If an exchange or physical return is required, Dubai Ladders will arrange dedicated commercial transport to safely collect the equipment.
Condition Criteria: All returned equipment must be completely unused, free from onsite dirt, concrete splatter, or superficial scuffs, and kept in its original structural packaging with all safety pins, stabilizers, manuals, and component parts fully accounted for. Opened or assembled units are structurally ineligible for returns unless an underlying factory safety defect is verified by our technical inspectors.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to rigorous structural compliance, workplace safety regulations, and the mechanical integrity required for high-access machinery, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-built scaffolding configurations, bespoke industrial platforms, and custom-ordered extensions.

Ladders or scaffolding systems that show evidence of onsite deployment, wear, weather exposure, or mechanical load testing.

Products damaged due to improper field assembly, exceeding maximum load capacities, or clear violation of the safety procedures outlined in the manufacturer manual.
4. Return Logistics and Associated Costs
Dubai Ladders will fully cover all logistics and transport expenses for approved returns involving verified manufacturing defects, logistics damage, or shipping errors. For voluntary structural exchanges (e.g., ordering the incorrect height or structural material by error), transport, collection, and processing fees may be calculated and assessed directly to the buyer.
5. Refunds and Store Credit
Upon receipt and safety inspection of the equipment at our central warehouse facilities, refunds are processed within 3-5 working days.
Refunds are provided as corporate store credit applicable to any future structural, safety, or ladder purchases on dubailadders.ae, excluding original express logistics, handling, or site-delivery fees. In rare instances of verified factory default where replacement is impossible, a direct payment reversal may be facilitated according to standard banking timelines. Dubai Ladders does not charge any restocking fees for verified defects.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
The majority of our industrial-grade structures and premium aluminum products are accompanied by standard manufacturer warranties safeguarding against structural deformities. Our compliance team will actively assist you in processing any valid warranty claims according to the primary manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
